Boy Scouts line neighborhood street to surprise Soldier

When the wife of a soldier informed Boy Scout Troop 331, of Omaha, Nebraska that here husband was returning from a deployment, they were more than obliged to help with a surprise. Proud to thank Sergeant Major Jeremy Preister for his service the Boys Scouts lined his block, each holding an American flag high.

Troop member Jake Schlosser told KETV 7, “especially in this moment we all need to come out. We are Boy Scouts and it’s what we do.” But Jake and the rest of the troop didn’t expect Sgt. Preister to thank each person individually for such a prestigious greeting.
