Capt. Ray Abordo returned Friday (a week early) from a year-long tour in Afghanistan. He had his wife send the kids to their aunt and uncle’s house, and he waited to surprise them at school on Monday!

SSgt Molumby from Phoenix, AZ is welcomed home by his son when he steps off the plane for R&R leave from Afghanistan.

“I am a member of 1st Battalion, the Royal Canadian Regiment in the Canadian Forces. I guess the American equivalent would be an infantryman in the Army. I arrived home on Christmas Eve to surprise my mom who expected me to come home in mid-January. My little sister is recording. When she’s hugging me, watch how red my face gets. It’s because she is squeezing so tight that I actually can’t breathe!”
