Marine Sergeant Paul Riggs returned home today and surprised his mother, Paula Riggs, a Schrader Elementary 3rd grade teacher at school. While mom is telling her class about the lullaby she would sing to her children, in walks Sgt. Riggs returning from a two-year tour in Okinawa, Japan and lighting up her life.
