Being honored with the salute to military families at the Philadelphia 76’ers game, the Ngo family were so proud to represent their soldier and Philly police officer, that they didn’t see his surprise coming. First Lieutenant Christopher Ngo returned from his tour in Iraq and Afghanistan after nearly a year and popped out of a box giving his family as well as the crowd a touching surprise.
