Sergeant Major Brian Priester returned to his Detroit hometown to promote Marine Week. But he also had to visit his mom, Earlyn, who coincidentally had just undergone a medical procedure. Armed with a bouquet of flowers and a camera crew capturing the touching moment, Sgt. Maj. Priester said he likes the emotions that it stirs when she sees him. His homecoming didn’t only bring her to tears, Sgt. Maj. Priester and his stepfather were both moved by Earlyn’s reaction.
