Sailor Uses Teddy Bear To Remind Daughter of His Love

You may think this heartwarming commercial was made up to sell batteries, but the story that unfolded is based on true events. Robert Nilson, a Navy air traffic controller, recorded himself on a teddy bear and sent it to his daughter for her to have while he was away on deployment.

Whenever the girl would squeeze the bear, she would hear her father say, “I love you, baby girl.” Despite how much she loved the bear, it was no replacement for her father. So when he finally returned home, you get one of the most tear-jerking military reunions ever!
